What is PPF?
PPF (Public Provident Fund) is a long-term savings scheme backed by the Government of India. It offers guaranteed returns and is one of the most popular tax-saving instruments under Section 80C.

PPF Interest Calculation
PPF interest is calculated on the minimum balance between the 5th and last day of each month. Interest is credited annually on 31st March.
